Having some trouble with my diet, I'm 88kg and trying to get to 95 Naturally before I start my next cycle. I have done one cycle previously that got me to my 95 from 88 last year but 1 week into pct, have severe stomach problems lead by to operations which both entailed fasting of over 24 hours before hand. Thus fucking my pct entirely. And having to stop all clomid/nolva due to going
Under. "general anesthetic" so oit of a amazing cycle my gains vanished and ended up only a tiny bit bigger then before.
As it stands I'm eating like a horse, very clean 7 meals a day.
Breakfast
Oats, apple, protein Shake.
For meals after during day. Consist of brown rice, broccoli, chicken breast carrot beans.
Then dinner steak,broccoli, baked potato.
Small snack before bed, banana and protein shake.
Protein shake right after gym as well.
This issues that I'm having is it's so hard for me to put on size. That I have to eat this much. But my stomach and Bowles literally can't keep up, is there anyway I can swap my diet around to give them a break and still put on weight. I'm not the most nutrition educated dude. So help in any way shape or form would be greatly appreciated.
