help w/dextrose whey creatine flax

I am sleepy :(, can't find crap in the archives, am grumpy due to sleepy, have to get up in 4 hrs...... so I give up need help

I want to start my creatine tommorrow, but can't remember how to take it. I am going to take 25g for the first 5 days, I think, split in 5g portions. But proteinfactory told me to start just take 10g for a wk, then down to 5g. So which is it?

What do I take the creatine with? water, mix with my whey? Immediately after workout right? But also heard 1/2 immediately after workout and 1/2 30 minutes later.

I had a link that talked about all this, but it is down ::(


Dextrose-Only take on weight days right? Taking 50g.

Flax oil? before bed with cottage cheese? a table spoon?

You can take it with grape juice normally, with your shake post workout. Loading is up to you, but I think it's unnecessary. 5-10gr every day is sufficient, depending on your size.

Dextrose with your post workout shake only, 50gr is fine.

Flax is 2-3 tbsp per day, again, depending on your size. And yes, take one tbsp before bed time.
 
That was simple. Thanks gymtime. Is there a reason grape juice? My cafeteria didn' t have grape juice. I am going back down and buy oj for today although its loaded with SUGAR :( .Just curious, no big deal , if it has to be grape juice , its grape juice, but I have "heard" to drink it also with gatorade :(

Do not take creatine with oj. The acid in citrus juice will hinder absorbtion. Grape juice, gatorade, either is fine. I usually take 5gr in the am, then 5-10 directly post workout with juice. Then I'll have my post workout shake about 20 minutes after that.

I didn't get the Vette :( , decided I couldn't afford two cars right now (buying condo shortly :) ), and needed a 4 seater, so it was Vette + my other car, or no Vette and just a car .... It'll come later , not worried :D...

can someone clear something up for me.

#1 50 g of dextrose does that equal out to 4 tablespoons full or 10 teaspoons?

#2 should you be using water or skim milk with your post workout shake. Ive read in lots of places milk slows down the absorbtion, but also i have read that it does not and it in fact is better to use milk with the post workout shake. Someone please clear this up for me.

volumex creatine has been giving me an upset stomach for a week... but mixing 10 grams of it with 50 grams of dextrose and 900mg of ALA right after a workout has given my body a change in 4 days. I look fuller and have insane pumps in the gym. It's almost as if i'm on cycle again.. add those to your post workout shake and watch the results.



BTW: been taking 20 grams a day just to load up. didn't believe in loading before but it definitaly gives you faster results.

:( wtf?!? I finished my five days of loading last Monday, then went to 10g /day ( 5g am and 5g post workout), and taking 25G whey / 25g dextrose(eating a fruit w/5-6 egg whites post workout for breakfast, so don't want to much carbs, right?), and I haven't even noticed more strength or more pumped :( . I didn't change my workout just to see if I could do more sets , and nothing yet.

wtf is ALA? I can't do a search now, as I at work thanks
