My wrist is fucked, it hurts when i do barbell curls. and try and support my body weight on my hands. any suggestions on how to rehab this, i fucked it up during bench.

I'd stretch it. Try doing some pushups, but with your wrists farther down under your body then normal. If that's too painful, just manually bend it back and stretch it. Or lean on a wall.
You may also want to get it checked out. Might be something worse than you think.
what gettinlarger said worked for me when my wrist was fucked, manually bending it back and forth, and applying pressure which it can press and strengthen against.
