HELP ME: Stupid shit i do drunk

Rest is the only thing that will make it better, IMO.

I unfortunately got volunteered to arm wrestle a couple of years ago and much like you, my arm hurt in the very same place. Think about the angle and the pressure on your arm from trying to explode and pull your arm forward over the top - that was my reasoning behind why it was sore in that specific place. I remember hitting some reps on arms and chest that week but that it was noticeably sore, so I took it easy and it was "normal" the next week. I don't know if it helped but it sure felt damn good to kind of give it a massage / apply gentle yet firm pressure in the area of pain with my other hand.

And, LOL @ got drunk and in my hubris arm wrestled some tough guy. Doesn't that make you a tough guy too? Two guys drunk and arm wrestling, toeing up to see who the big dominant alpha male is?

the pain is where my bicep meets my elbow. maybe the tendon? i dunno but it fukin hurts

The SAME thing happened to me over 2 weeks ago. The injury was in the same place. Ruined my bench and couldn't do my pullups either but most of the other stuff was ok. The bad news is that even though it's getting better it's still not 100% and this is the 3rd week out.

Rest it and be patient.
