Up until New Years I was progressing well, lifting consistently for over a year and weighting in at 205 lbs 10-12% BF 6'2"... Then I moved to another city, the gym was a bit far away, also school caught up to me so basically for half a year I've been to the gym about 10 times.. and it tore me apart.. dropping to a 183lbs around 9%BF.. people dont call me buff anymore hehe.. My strength is almost the same which is surprising hehe. well anyways its time to start over and get back to the top.. BUT I've forgotten.. Where should I start.. help me create a split!
