wutup ive been eating lots of protein 1.5 perlb of bw eating 5 times a day things like tuna yogurt chicken weight gain shakes protein bars etc etc and im growing nice new muscle but my gut is growing like or as if it were its own person what should i do i want to gain more weight put lose this gut ive yet to find an answer lose fat gain weight is it possible cardio no cardio more abs less abs please help im dedicated to resolving this
