wutup ive been eating lots of protein 1.5 perlb of bw eating 5 times a day things like tuna yogurt chicken weight gain shakes protein bars etc etc and im growing nice new muscle but my gut is growing like or as if it were its own person what should i do i want to gain more weight put lose this gut ive yet to find an answer lose fat gain weight is it possible cardio no cardio more abs less abs please help im dedicated to resolving this
 
check your carb intake. Make sure you're not taking in garbage carbs... i.e. low gi. Stick with starchy and fibrous carb sources.
 
Give us an outline of your diet, stats and workout and we'll see what we can come up with. 5 meals a day is not enough for optimal growth, with a minimal gain in fat. 6 is good, 10 is better.
 
you gotta do lots of cardio and sit ups... speaking from experience over here... last year I went from 220 to 186 without taking anything(I almost had a 6pack) then I took a year off and now im back at like 230 with lots of fat down there... so its time to start up again
