is that your normal diet? if so, please clean it up! you'll see way better gains! the reason that you go to the bathroom so much could very well be your diet. if you're not accustomed to eating alot of protein, that could definitely do it. in addition, there's a tad too much junk food in there! make chicken breast, tuna, brown rice, vegetables and oatmeal your staples. it's tough to get used to, but the results will be motivation in themself!
LoL.. yes that is my normal diet .. tuna , cookies , water, energy drink..
I cant eat all that food even if it is small portions I get sick... I have a weird body following system.
