When I am on a carb rotation, I have to manipulate the foods around to get the levels of protein and carbs my trainer tells me for each day to load and then deplete. Also, on lower carb days, you get to eat more fats, like natural peanut butter, for instance.
Great post, Fennec. Thanks.
I'm curious about something. I've done carb rotation and I keep hearing diff. opinions on how to much to incr. fat when lowering carbs. I've heard of the 200g /100/50/0 carb rotation w/ fat being 40g/80/106 I've never had the "guts" to incr. fat to 80 and 106 grams! How much do you incr. fat when lowering your carbs?
