Help: extremely constipated!!!!

I am usually about as regular as it gets........two huge dumps in the morning every morning and that works out perfect for me.

3 weeks ago, I began a 100 mg zambon/day (5 weeks) + 500 mg Test (10 weeks) + 100 mg Tren EOD (12 weeks). I am on a bulker.

About 2 weeks ago, I can't shit to save my life!!! I have tried everything:

Cascara Sagrada
Senokat
Mass quantities of Fibercon, Metamucil, and Citrucil
I drink tons of water!!!

NOTHING (only a wrecked stomach)

Man--------I am just beside myself here and f'ing miserable!!!

What can I do?

I see your on tren, are you by chance taking dostinex? I have read that it can cause issues with constipation.

Thanks........NO I am NOT on dostinex. I have run tren 5 times now and never had this problem. I am so f'cking miserable bloated, I may just have to try it

get a stoole softner. pop 2 before bed time and within a day you will doing your thing.

couples things.....

on an empty stomach take the following:

10-20 grams of vitamin C
2-4 grams of magneisum oxide
400-1000mg of caffeine
nicotine is optional*
2-4 liters of water

2-4 hours later.... take some fiber to help solidify the liquid shit bombs causes by step 1.

www.oxypowder will blow you clean you from stomach to asshole trust me it works. also ck your morning body temperture and see if it is 98.6 or around there. Possible thyroid problems can have a major effect. This is what am going through right now

Although I doubt this is the case because you're running tren, conspipation is a common side effect of hypothyroidism that happens to make for 5-6 weeks after using T3.. are you body temps okay?

Excellent advice. He'll be clean and clear after that. He'll probably lose about 6 lbs too!

I usually take this matural stuff sennatab that you can buy a a pharmacy. 2 of them does the job. I get wicked constipation from 5-htp for some reason.

The morning after!!!!!!!!!!! I took 3 Fleet's (Stim Laxative)--------woke up at 4 am to dump twice!!!!!! Praise the LORD!!!! ALthough I must admit my stomach was wrecked all night from the stuff and now upon waking up my stomach is a little queezy, WELL WORTH the discomfort!!!!

GOD BLESSED!!!!! I feel so much better!!

You can always try some strong cofee, like a starbucks espresso or a Jamaican coffee.

try mineral oil (bought at local pharmacy). no GI upset and works like a charm.
