Help a guy out PLEASE!

Hi there, been round the forums for a wile now, make a few post now and again but mainly read everybodys post.


As the title says, i need help...

I find it hard trying to plan a diet for myself as i dont know how much or how often i should be eating. In other words i dont have a specfic diet and would like some kind person to help me out.

I am on my placement year fron uni so i have a set routine of getting up early instead of laying in bed one day and then up early the next.

I get out of bed most morning at 7am, start an office job at 8am and i am there until 4.30pm. I normaly have breakfast at 7ish and then I go home for lunch at 12pm then i am home at 4.30pm, i would normaly have my dinner around 6.30pm.

My dinner will vary each night from saugaes bacon chicken to what ever is handy.

SO basically thats my diet, i would to be able to stick to a diet that will help me loose weight. I go to the local gym 3nights a week for some cardio,but some nights i dont go as i dont have any energy which i dont see why i dont as i dont do much at work.

Can sumbody help me out please!!!!

I weigh 240lbs and i would like to loose around 25/30lbs if possible.

Can somebody help me out PLEASE!! I need a proper diet and some moviation to get me going, if i see results within a week or 2 i will be moviated more and more. but its getting the first 2 weeks over me!
