I am new and have said hello to a few of you. I am a beginner and am not anywhere near being in the same league as the people I have seen so far. I grew up athletic and played sports but got really out of shape in my mid to late 20's. I have wanted to get back into shape for years and half ass tried but now I am finally getting serious about it! My wife and I have worked out about 4 days a week (shooting for 5) for the past 2 months. I lost 35 lbs over the last year and am finally trying to put on some muscle, so please be kind to this beginner. My goal is not to get as big as most of the guys here, but to add enough size to have really nice muscle definition. Any constructive suggestions will be greatly appreciated. This pic is obviously not to show off, but I am taking getting in shape very seriously and figured I might as well let people know who they are talking to when I pick their brains for help and suggestions.
