I really appreciate all the info. I will take your advice on the morning cardio. In my opinion, I work out hard and I am pissed of I'm not sore the next couple of days. I completely understand the toilet thing.....I have to hold on to the walls and brace myself ! So, hopefully, I'm doing legs ok - when I do them....
Is it a bad idea to work legs when they are not 100% "unsore"?
