Hey people...
I have two questions for you. Right now, I am on a cutting cycle. And I need to know the workout I should do. For example: do I need to do heavier weights and less reps, or vice-versa, I need to do more reps, and light weights. Thanks...

And I also need to know this...
When I am doing exercises, by how much % does my metabolism increases? It increases on 20%, 30%, etc?...Thanks

One pound of muscle burns approximately 40 calories per day. You would need to know how much of your body weight is made up of muscle before you started working out, and how many pounds of muscle you have now. That's pretty much the only way I know of doing it.

the workout....its up to you. you are cutting so the goal is to preserve muscle and burn calories. if you are wanting to keep your strength and burn cals then keep the weight up there. high reps for cutting is an old fallacy.

increase in metabolism is dependent of the intensity of your weight training. there is no definitive saying if you do a bench press it will go up 10%. its all dependent of how intense you work which will dictate how much afterburn you get.
