I need a few ?'s answered regarding fats.....everyone on here recommends Natural Peanut Butter - which is considered a Unsaturated Fat....according to a book I have health experts recommend that 2/3's of your fat intake should come from Polysaturated Fats (which includes almonds, pecans, fish, walnuts, etc.)
I compared 2 T. of Smuckers Nat. P.butter w/ 1 oz. of pecans
pecans - 200 cal., 3 p, 4 car, 20 fat (2 saturated fats)
peanut butter - 200 cal., 7 p, 7 car, 16 fat (2 saturated)
there's not that much difference in the numbers...anyone care to explain this to me Is it ok for me to switch up b/t pecans, p.butter, walnuts???
