So where do you guys go to buy everyday supps?? I just dropped 450 at vitamin shoppe and it's annoying, I did get protien , Waixy maize an Xtend...

I bought these as well...
Calcium 1000mg
Folic acid 800mcg
Cissus
Magnesium
Grapeseed extract
Vitamin c
Vitamin e
Niacin
Guarana
Milk thistle
Multi
And digestive enzymes

I take digestive enzymes in middle of every meal, and the rest once with breakfast....

Just really expensive... Where can I find cheap?

A good multi like DX7 would have covered pretty much all that. Guarana is just caffeine. $ 450? It should have been closer to $45.

Xtend is overpriced. You are basically paying for BCAAs that already has flavoring. Get bulk BCAAs and flavor your own for much much cheaper
