have you greatly improved upon your peak?

it seems that my biceps lacks much of a peak (stupid genetics!). i am starting a venture in which i will try to bring them out as much as possible. i want any and all opinions from those who have improved on their bicep peak with great results.

Forget it. It's all genetics. Just stick with techniques that will build the most size and let genetics be what they will be.

i've also realized that i've never done much of the exercises to "get a peak" such as preacher curls nearly as much as other exercises.

Ripped trojan,

In all seriousness, forget it.

I have never done a concentration curl, a preacher curl or cable curls for biceps, yet i have a peak. It's genetics, plain and simple. Just go for mass and size, because that's all you can control.

As mine got bigger...the peak did too. I think that your peak is one of the last things to grow on your biceps. Switch up the exercises...do the cables if you want...just don't stray too far from the hard and heavy exercises.
