It finally happened I dropped a dumbbell. I mean after the 10 or 11 rep I was barely holding on to them with the tip of my fingers before I got them back on the rack. Well I got one back on the rack but the other my fingers slipped off and it came crashing down the concrete part of the floor. Damn it was loud and embarrassing. Ya'll ever do it or came close to dropping them when you are finished with some heavy shruggs?
