my elbow flare is 45 degrees, i use a full rom, even more so than when i use standard grip bc it doesnt aggravate my shoulders, will that help engaGE my chest more too compensate for the extra tricep involvement, like i said also squeeze the dumbbells together at top? thx for help joe
If your concerned that your chest.isnt getting enough work then do a set of DB flys before the presses to pre-exhuast the chest. So your basically going to di a superset each time. Do 12-15 flys, then immediately switch the dbs and do a set of presses to failure. 3-4 sets of these will have your chest on fire. Keep the rest periods between sets to 60 seconds or less.
