had a vball game today (we can say my verticle increased!)

in the warm up today the basketball nets were down and some guys were jumping and trying to touch the rim some guys could dunk. i thought id try to windmill! i swear i would be lying if i said i couldnt windmill a vball. i got so high! the ball raddled inand out of the rim. i think if i got a couple more tries i would have windmilled it.

it must be all these olympic lifts for sure

awesome job!! i also played vball last night too. the timing was a little off but i managed to get my head over the net (almost shoulders). had LOTS of kills!! i swear there's nothing quite like pounding the shit out of that ball! vball is fun!!

vball is pritty cool. my team sucks though so i dont care anymore.
ya killling the ball is fun still. not as fun as dunking but its fun
