Thanks for getting to the bottom of the mystery Eddy. I'm sure it was some hard info to find out. I know my heart dropped when I read that. He was someone I really looked up to and he gave me a ton of insperation, not only be in better shape but also be a better person and lend a helping hand to others.
He might be gone but never forgotten, everytime I do a squat I will do it for my good bro Guardian.

Just got back from Mass. I hadn't planned on going today. Only intentions mentioned were Will and his family.

8and20 was one of the few people to post on my back improvment thread and give me advice .
I wanted to give thanks for that.
I just got back from doing legs , did some front squats like he suggested for my quads,
I really almost cried thinking of how he is gone , just outta nowhere gone. It is amazing how someone I have never met can be so nice and helpful from hundreds of miles away.

wow, that dude was in seriously good shape too. Is there anyone I can talk to who was close to the situation and knows exactly how he died? I ask because from an earlier post it sounds like he had heart problems.........I have a personal interest in that because I have heart problems as well. I'm not asking out of purient curiousity.
