green teas?

if you hate tea, I suggest you opt for an extract powder.
BAC sells it so does BSL - very cheap at 100g's for $12~~; dose 2-3g's :o

By the way green tea tastes great, if you're willing to shell out extra cash for quality brand, sure beats water/diet sodas :martini:

mmmmmmm green tea, what dont you like about it?

I think half of the problem is the taste and the other half is a mental block I have about tea due to the excessive amount of mushroom tea I drank in college! Sounds weird but it's true.

mushroom tea, as in the mushrooms you pick in the cow fields?

yes, my friend. There was a time when I did not live the healthy lifestyle (and I am still paying for it today).

Green Tea is an acquired taste for sure. It'll taste kinda bad at first, but once you become accustomed to it will be very refreshing and welcomed. I drink it all the time. It tasted like grass clippings the first time or two, but now I love it. The initial taste isn't THAT bad, just kinda off.

im against the high flouride content in most green teas that willl contribute to hypothyroidism.... the extract doesnt have this... :p
