Green Tea Question!

Alright, so I've read many places that 3 cups of green tea a day has been known to promote fat loss. I usually carry a 4liter(gallon) jug of water around with me, if I was to say..put 3 or 4 tea bags in that at night to steep, and drink it all day, would this be the same as having 3 glasses of green tea and would it have the same fat loss effects?
 
so im guessing the consensus is yet since noone else commented? I dont mind the taste of it so I guess it doesn't matter eh. lol and what do I look for in a good fish oil, I mean the prices range on them by like 10 bucks
 
yeah im sure...i think for the fat loss benefits its required 4 to 5 cups a day...personally i think drinking a gallon of water day will give you more fat loss benefits than the green tea...i think green tea is overhyped :)
 
Cool dude, So if I do mix in 4 or 5 tea bags with my gallon of water, I will still get the aame benifits from drinking that muct water, whether it' green tea water or just water
 
green tea does have fat burning effects lol, the problem is people take the green tea extract pills, like 2 a day, and expect to see major fat loss

Its gonna help but not gonna be a major factor compared to diet and cardio. I would say that if you ran a placebo group vs. a group that supplemented with green tea and fish oil, ud see better fat loss with the fish oil/green teat combo.
