Grapefruit Diary

Hi bros,

Recently their was someone who posted about the benefis of Grapefrut juice and all so I decided to give it a try and this is mine diary of how it went.

For there record I am an all natural bodybuilder who doesnt not use ROIDS and my main supplement is Myoplex.

I started the Juice on Satrday Am when my weight was 156lbs exactly.

When I ended the Juice yesterday my weight was a freaky 161lbs.

Thats nearly 5 of SOLID muscle in one cycle! WOW

I'm stayin' on the Juice man, and I'll will let you know how it go's.

Diary:

Sat AM: 1xPint Graperfrut Juice, 1 glass Myiplex. 12 Sets Leg Extentions, 6 Sets Leg Presses. 6 Sets Biceps Curls, 12 Sets Chins, 6 sets Bent over rowsing.

Sun AM 2xPint Grapefrut Juice. , 1 glass Myiplex, 4 Sets Flyes, 12 Sets Bench Pressed, 6 Set Pec Dec. 5 Sets Laterla Flyes, 12 sets

Mon AM r/r - 2xPint Grapefrut Juice. , 1 glass Myiplex,

Tue AM r/r - 2xPint Grapefrut Juice. , 1 glass Myiplex,

You added 5 pounds of muscle from drinking Grapefruit juice? I think you just gained a little weight from the extra calories in the juice buddy.
 
OK...this has gone too far. This definitely has to be a joke at this point...someone come clean...who is this?

I'd would try it out if I were you mans - Grapfrut juice is cheap and toatally legal (unlike ROIDS) and the gains is excellent.

OK... I take that back... I think this little ass might actually be on to something. I did a search on Naringin (the substnace that supposedly helps facilitate the livers use of certain substances) and I Am starting to think that MW is right about its benefit when on Myoplex...well, you all read for yourself and tell me what you think:

Thanks to Jibby Jabby for admiting that he made a mistake in his previous post. No one has to except what I'm am saying as gospel - just use the links that me and Jibby Jabby has provided.

Grapefrut juice isn't has good as some ROIDS (e.g. D-Bol/Test/Fina) but its definatley usefull in packing on the freaky mass that we are all after. If after all you're are only going for that buffed and toned look then I wouldnt bother with it.

I'm glad you brought that up. A guy I know stacked grapefruit juice and bulls testicles and swelled up out of all recogition. He was only going for a buffed and toned look too.
 
You ball lickers don't know shit. I'm in week 5 of a Cherry Kool-Aid cycle. Strength and mass are through the roof. How many times have you busted through the walls in your gym?

ok now I'm totaly confused on which juice to buy- I hear grapefurit, orange, cherry kool-aid, prune, apple? Which one is it guys? Will someone please post there results on the juice the've been taking- before and after pictures? I just want to know the juice I get is legit- you know? Where is the cheapest place to buy juice?

Muscle Warrior...do you think the juice would be best taken postworkout- with ala? Should I stack it with femara and Liquidex just in case of any aromatisation? Have you gotten any sides- hairloss, puffy nips, acne, raisen nuts?

...did you use liquidx-lax or arimidex-lax?
 
Listen up chumps, my grandma owns a Grapefruit farm in alaska!. My parents send me their every winter to go moose hunting. Meanwhile, while they think im hunting im actually downing large amounts of frozen grapfruits that have stored away for the summer sell off...I ussually come home 80-90 pounds heavier!...Geeze fella's i cant wait till next summer i sneaking down a microwave this time so i can thaw out the frozen grapefruits, i hate when mu upper lip gets stcuk to the frozen skins...ewww...

I just started Celexa, an SSRI antidepressant. One of the drug interaction advisories is for Grapefruit Juice! GJ is also an old junkie trick as it slows down the breakdown of opiods by the liver. I don't know if it works with supplements versus oral AS, but it definitely is counterindicated with other drugs as well.

I just tryed this new shit, water. I take 8 glasses a day or more. I have gained 14lbs in 3days, and can pick up a ford f350. I can't wait to finish this cycle.

You idiot don't you know you can't stack tomato juice and pineapple juice, they compete for the same receptor sites..

ps. always follow up a hardcore fruit juice cycle with 3-4 weeks of raw plantain, will bring your system back to normal without a doubt.
 
Phucking newbs. For one thing, you haven't been training long enough to warrant a grapefruit cycle. Why don't you hit the weights and improve on your diet first. If you are going to start the juice despite all of our advice, I recommend the following juice cycle for a beginner:

wks 1-4: 1/2 pint grapefruit, 6oz lime juice ed
wks 5-8: 1 pint grapefruit
wk 9: 1/2 pint grapefruit, 1/2 pint carrot juice
wk 10: 1 pint carrot juice, 2 tablespoons lemon juice ed

For post cycle recovery, keep taking the lemon juice for at least another 3 weeks. If your blood test shows your levels stable, you can quit the lemon.

Notes: keep tomato on hand for any signs of gyno; if you can get your hands on lemon juice you can substitute lime (but double the doses).
