I have not trained since last march since I tore my tricep tendon, I have been training with a few guys up here and I want to get my weight up to 335 by april to do some heavey squats and deadlifts this coming year. I am not going to try to bench over 500 until May, to give me some time to let my arm heal up. Are you going the the Arnold this year. Let me know and I meet up with you to eat. God knows I will be eating alot by then.
