Got my PH's today! Couple questions

Went with 1-ad from ergopharm and 4-aderm from avant labs

I was going to use both for 6 weeks, but the warning on the 4-aderm says to not use it for more than 2 weeks then wait another 4 before doing it again.

What have your PERSONAL experiences been with 4-aderm? Have you used it for more than 2 weeks at a time without trouble?

As far as 1-ad dosages it will look like (using 3 bottles so 180 pills)

1wk @ 300mg
4wk @ 400mg
1wk @ 600mg
1day@ 500mg

What dosage should I do on the 4-aderm? I was thinking 10 squirts per day divided up 5 in the morning and 5 in the evening. That should be roughly 300mg's total per day on the 4-ad

I am going with nolva post cycle. Any other supps I should get to protect myself during and after?

Also what type of training routine works best with this stuff.
 
If this is your first cycle, I would advise a duration of 2-4 weeks so as to assess your tolerance, susceptability to side effects, etc..

The 2-week warning is issued for reasons of liability; 4-AD can be cycled for periods beyond 2weeks.

5squirts 2x per day should suffice given your intended 1AD dosages, yes.

And, as for the 1AD, there is no need to taper down at cycle's end. You may taper up at cycle's start if you wish, but it is not necessary by any means.

500-600mgs 1AD coupled with the 300mgs 4AD should yield excellent results, though you may increase your 4AD dosages if you wish.

Nolva is a good post-cycle choice, and should be had on hand during the cycle as well, just in case you begin to sense the onset of gyno (though, unless you think yoursel susceptable, there is little reason to worry about this).

Post-cycle, E/C also brings aid via its positive nutrient partitioning effects and energy increases; it is best dosed in 6 intervals of 2-3hrs @ dosages of 10mgs E/100mgs C. Also, make sure to keep calories slightly above maintainance while also reducing training volume for a time.

As for training on-cycle, androgens increase your recuperative capacity. What's more, lifting upregulates androgen receptors. For these reasons, it is beneficial to increase volume while on. Begin by simply adding 1set per exercise and adjusting according to what your body tells you.

Look to spend 5-6hrs per week training.

What kind of split do you think would work pretty good?

One where you work like 3 major groups every other day till you work all the groups or would something like hit all upper body monday then all lower wednesday then back to upper on friday then the following week you do lower body M and F and upper on Wed etc.
 
This depends greatly on personal preference.

However, you will be able to tolerate (and thrive from) significant elevations in volume.

So, an example routine might look like this:

Day1 Chest/Tris/Abs (if desired)
Day2 Back/Bis/Traps
Day3 Legs/Shoulders
Day4 Off
Repeat
