I went heavy yesterday - just wanted to get a feel for 365lbs in my full oly style squat. Got buried, but when I do a proper maxout in 2 weeks time, with a proper taper and fully fresh I will have it

workout went like this

Hang Power Cleans
135x3, 155 x 3, 165x3, 175x2
185lbs 4 singles - 30 secs rest between each
195 x miss
165 x 3
Full Olympic Squat- No belt
Warmup sets - 45lbsx10, 95x5, 135x4, 185x3, 225x3, 255x3
295x1 - did one squat jump before it, flew up!
335x1 - not too hard at all - went up fast
365xMiss - stuck at sticking point dumped into pins.
295x3 - was going off balance while locked out - LOL
295x2 - 2nd rep had to work.
Complex - 2 mins rest between each and then 3mins rest before the next squat
255x3 then Jumpsquats 40x6
255x3 then Jumpsquats 40x6
255x3 then Jumpsquats 40x6
