I do remeber doing 295x2 at the start of year on squats.
I knew by how the 2nd rep felt I wasn't gonna make the 3rd rep, but I decided to try it anyway

your form on the power snatchs is good.....you are comming a long way.....mainly due to correct starting positions........my only problem is your eye level.....you look like you are looking down
I don't think I've seen that ad, but definitely not her, she doesn't model or do TV commercials etc. Eurasian girls all look pretty similar in many ways
The thing is if I look forward my neck will be bent a lot due to my back angle, and I'm not sure if that's a good position for strong nueral firing signals from the brain

I've read this does make a difference.
Yeah my form is starting to get there, but still highly variable from rep to rep. I don't snatch nearly as often as I clean, but I hope to change this soon. Since I'e gotten stronger on overhead presses, that has helped a lot.
