Louden, the problem with yours is post lift, or morning, that just isn't going to cut it. You need something that will be used within the window. Also, good luck getting 40-60 grams at one sitting with that stuff. Although, you'll be a lot more healthy than I am. You can buy decent quality whey for a good price now. I buy Optimum Nutrition's 100% whey. I think its 5 lbs for under $30
