My training buddy has been diagnosed with "Golfer's Elbow" which apparently is the opposite of Tennis Elbow.
He's been getting really sharp pains in his inside elbow during most bicep exercises and some tricep exercises.
Its worst when the hand is fully supinated or pronated.
The pain seems to be when the tricep at the point of full stretch.
We've tried dropping the weights down in the 15-20 reps range, using limited ROM, but he still gets the sharp pain which means he often has to stop mid-set.
Anyone else heard of this?
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
EG
