I just have one thing to add about Glutamine at Proteinfactory, it's a rip off to buy it from them. Go to DPSnutrition and you can find it for half price or less. Don't buy from Proteinfactory. Same thing goes for the dextrose they have, it's a total rip off.

jus stick with name brands,or brands that have been around........i have been using prolab and i like it,best used whening dieting..........
