as a general note -
if you improve your insulin "efficiency/sensitivity".. ie through the use of GlucorellR... the use of exogenous insulin can more easily lead to extreme low blood sugar...

btw- just as a note IMHO use of exogenous insulin is VERY overrated for its anabolic properties. the main benefits of its use come from the IM fat gain and increased water retention.. two things that can increase overall gains (though some would definitely argue the quality of those gains)...

conflicting research and andecdotal reports as well the lack of a good/safe vanadyl supplement and the inability to actually verify whether the the raws used are among the safer vanadium compounds... has made this a questionable and thus low priority supp

though will look into it
 
In conjunction with taking R+ we're suppose to take GLA as well correct? I recall many people saying to take 1 R+ for every 30-40 g carbs as well as 6 g GLA every night. Can this be a general rule of thumb?
