I think that it should be more then just admin that can view IP's as there is a lot of shit going on here this is a very busy board. I would think Admins as well Elite Mods would be enough people to take care of issues. Elite mods are the more seasoned and IMO more trusted mods around here.

yes elite mods are better...I think maybe the admins and maybe the 3 banning mods would be good enough though

It's being taken care by admins. I missed that one but these things should never happen.

We use IPs (mod) usually to find out alters/troublemakers. Not for vendetta purposes.
