If 48 hrs rest per body part let's you grow good, them that's pretty solid. I prefer mon( chest, shoulders, tris,)
Wends( back/ biceps) Friday( legs) that lets me really hit things hard and get a full week to recover/ build. I like to hit cardio some everyday, raise the heart rate, but not really burn up a bunch of calories that are feeding my workouts, and hit the weights hard no matter what sched you like the best, it's not just when you go, it's what you do when you're there.
