I usually eat 2 a day. I thought it was all fructose, but apparently its not. According to the USDA database (I have the database program on my computer), 1 medium apple (2 3/4" diameter) is 72 kcals, about 19 g carbs, of which 8g is fructose, 3.35g is glucose (dextrose), ~3g sucrose, and 3.3g fiber. Not sure where the other gram or so went, though.
I never actually noticed the carb breakdowns (other than for fiber) in the database. I think it must be the SR-16-1 update or something.
