friend cant gain weight?

my friend is 130 pounds soaking wet. small frame of course. he has taken test enathat for 2 cycles straight. 1 cc every 5 days. then uped dosage. 2cc every 5 days. during 3 or so months only gained 5-10 pounds top. what does he need to do? hes tried deca but did not like it. worked out semi hard but not to heavy because of his shoulder giving him prob. is that why? he still lifted often but not heavy.

what kind of workouts - any protein - what kind of diet. most of all how old is your friend.
 
Yeah no joke how old is he?

Diet and training should be perfected and should be routine as wiping after taking a shit before you use steroids. If he is wanting to gain weight he should be consuming 1k-2k calories more a day then his body can burn, of clean foods. What is he running for his cycle?

he is 22. he eats alot as it is. he seems to be like those people who burns more than they can eat. does he need to load up on protein shakes? no real diet just eat what he seees. but did get at least 140 protein a day

Like I said before he needs to eat like 1000-2000 Calories more then what his body can burn (most people only consume 2000-2500 cals daily) of clean food a day (not anything you see) if he is 130lb's. You need to consume at least 2 grams of protien per lb. of bodyweight so he needs at least 260grams of protien daily. If you don't know any of this you have no business using. :mad:

more protein without a doubt!!!!!!beverly makes a good protein shake. and he is working out to much it can also be a factor.you body needs rest!!!!!!! to build muscle and recover. try bulking up on protein BUT DRINK LOTS OF WATER YOU DONT WANT TO GET PROTEIN DEPOSITS. i think others will chime in on this as well.
 
yes i know your suppose to intake 2-3 times your body weight in protein. 3 for serious mass. i know about how to use. ive done it and ive had many others to do it. i know about dieting and grams of protein. but his body is different. i have never seen someone not gain weight off of juice. the same juice i am taking yet i gained 35 pounds in the same time frame. im younger than him by a year but started off at 185. this is a special case. thats what im asking you. thankyou blacksabbath1987 but as far as CUTHROAT. you have given me no good advise just negativity. if you dont understand the question dont answer. plus give advise other than acting like you know it all cause you dont. thats why we have this board to go to so people who dont know all will.
 
Personally, I am a 'hard gainer'. I have always had a hard time gaining mass and one day I got pissed off about it and just started eating everything I could get my hands on...... Stopped eating so clean, started drinking not only protien shakes, but weight gain shakes ( the kind with like 1200 calories in a serving with milk)... I would eat everything I could get my hands on like burgers, pizza, etc. drink 2 of the 1200 calorie shakes a day, and drink another 3 servings of regular protien shakes.... needless to say, I started gaining weight like a mofo! I put on about 30 pounds in the first 2 months without any aas at all...... Since then, I have put on another 40 in the past year or so with the aid of the 'soup'. Went from a measly 140 to 210 with a quickness once I started to just devour all edibles in sight like I was some kind of stray dog or something! LOL!
 
he may have a hyperactive thryoid if all elsefails i would suggest seeing a Dr.

have him check out fitday.com he may not be getting enough food as he thinks!
