Personally, I am a 'hard gainer'. I have always had a hard time gaining mass and one day I got pissed off about it and just started eating everything I could get my hands on...... Stopped eating so clean, started drinking not only protien shakes, but weight gain shakes ( the kind with like 1200 calories in a serving with milk)... I would eat everything I could get my hands on like burgers, pizza, etc. drink 2 of the 1200 calorie shakes a day, and drink another 3 servings of regular protien shakes.... needless to say, I started gaining weight like a mofo! I put on about 30 pounds in the first 2 months without any aas at all...... Since then, I have put on another 40 in the past year or so with the aid of the 'soup'. Went from a measly 140 to 210 with a quickness once I started to just devour all edibles in sight like I was some kind of stray dog or something! LOL!
