i saw it there and was about to get it and then i realized in like 5 or 10 pound jugg u get like 15 servings and its like 45 bucks, fuck that, it is awesome with like 500 cal and 60 g protein but i mean, that would last me less then 2 weeks

Check out Iron-TEK, they make a pretty good tasting Casein protein powder.

Personally, I prefer the Cyto brand chocolate because I can take 9 heaping scoops of protein powder, 1 packet of Sugar Free Jello Pudding Chocolate Fudge flavor, mix it with 2 cups of skim milk and have a really nice thick pudding to carry with me and eat like a dessert whenever I want.

NO!!! you need casein at night....thats why you mix with milk. it is casein and with milk sugar and little fat from 1% milk it is a timed release protein. that is what your looking for. long acting anti catabolic.
