BTW, I like the Cyto products.......the CytoGainer has a great low refined sugar, complex carb profile.....I mix it with a scoop of cheap whey for about a 3:2 carb/protein mix

i just did some research on cyto and u need 4 scoops for 54 gramd protein :-( at that ammount its only gonna last me like a week any other products with high protein and less scoops for more servings?

protein bar samples thermo samples and heaps off stuff , the plasmavol
is ment to be a blood plasma expander for extra vascularity i got a great
bang out off it, it has creatine g e tarine glutamine heaps off stuff and its
to pricey to buy so free is good .
