You will get it Zed. To add to what Bader said bro, I do my rear delts as he outlined by laying face down on an incline bench and those are a killer. You would be suprised how little weight you actually need when done correctly.

Your absolutely right about not needing heavy weights.. I super set these with bent over.. Ill use around 25 or 30lb dumbells for the bent overs and 15 or 20s on the incline, I love the squeeze I can get with the light weight.. Zed keep up the good work bro!!

Off day today but here is my "supplemtation" for the day.
Dbol 50 mg
OTC water pill
Aro25 mg
GH 5 UIs
Provi 50 mg

and then tomorrow back at it fortunatly!
 
Hey Zed. With the dbol and provi, gh and everything you're taking. I'd love to hear how you feel. Physically, mentally, etc. any changes, sides, good or bad.

Its only been a couple of days so maybe nothing yet. Just really interested on that stuff. Thanks. :) have a good rest day
 
Hey bader gr8 question.
Right now I can tell you that I have been sleeping much better then I have in a long time.
In general I feel gooood!
I do notice that I get a little bit short of breath, some difference but not much.
I check my BP 2x/day and am in check there, pulse too.
With all the dam water that Im drinking Im cold all the time, but we only keep our house at 63° too. And this weekend has been kinda cold here too.
The OTC water pills make a big difference for me as compared to last run. No bloat.
So all good so far for me.

Oh yeah its really no prob bros. Just not used to that amount of food.
Also added reps and weight to my workout. Only get a sub 2 min rest between sets.
Thats very diff then what my bod is used to LOL.
Next week should a cake walk.......yeah right...
