Fried my triceps on the Dbl inc bench and was wasted for flat BBL bench and that sucked. Shoulda put something else between.
RJ is it ok to do that or do you want us to do it exactly in the order that you have it?
Got the correct number of total reps in for everything. Again RJ is that what you are focusing on, reps or equal importance reps and sets?
