Oh yeah its really no prob bros. Just not used to that amount of food.
Also added reps and weight to my workout. Only get a sub 2 min rest between sets.
Thats very diff then what my bod is used to LOL.
Next week should a cake walk.......yeah right...
that's how I felt for 4 months during my test/deca/eq cycle...it was fun for about a week lol. It's gonna be awhile before I bulk like that again that shit sucked lol, not to mention the gocery bill :mad:. Just keep the big pic in mind!!
 
Hey Zed! Your doing great there my friend , apart from the full feeling your ok though? , I felt like that when I had to feed that dam hungry 5x5 lol but now the hard part is lowering the cals lol I feel like could eat a person at the min , never mind it will be putting the macro in order and hopefuls I see some good def after, anyway keep killing it you show the young lads in my gym right up with these lifts fit as a fiddle!!

Fried my triceps on the Dbl inc bench and was wasted for flat BBL bench and that sucked. Shoulda put something else between.
RJ is it ok to do that or do you want us to do it exactly in the order that you have it?
Got the correct number of total reps in for everything. Again RJ is that what you are focusing on, reps or equal importance reps and sets?

Just did practice on Fr Squats today. Was supposed to be an off day.
Ft Sqt 5x5@135 knee a bit tender so I limited myself here.

I use a modified grip. Hands overhand and gripping the bar at my throat as opposed to the underhand grip outside the shoulders. Much more comfortable. This way Im not focusing on the pain in my shoulders but on the squat. Better!

And last of all for now am finally getting used to this kind of eating plan. Today am dead on it to the letter, i(s) dotted and t(s) crossed!

Nah didnt miss it bro. I was just lazy on getting the injects put in there after I did them.
