You will get it Zed. To add to what Bader said bro, I do my rear delts as he outlined by laying face down on an incline bench and those are a killer. You would be suprised how little weight you actually need when done correctly.
 
Point taken bro on the weight. I dont have a bench that I can use at the 45°, the uprights get in the way. But I can use the other end of it per bader.

Off day today but here is my "supplemtation" for the day.
Dbol 50 mg
OTC water pill
Aro25 mg
GH 5 UIs
Provi 50 mg

Then bend over free style and do them, the best part is after you go all out you can use your body to do cheats, jerk them up ,it really burns them in.

This is the way I do them, just keep your elbows out to isolate the delts and not involve the lats in the movement....then just like radar said u can kinda jerk and do half sets and focus on negetives to really burn those delts out
 
ah the teacher becomes the student. Another way is to sit on the edge of your bench with your feet out in front of you, chest to your to your thighs and the DBs under your thighs behind you calves, then raise and squeeze your shoulder blades together. I do them this way if my back is buggin and it helps me keep from ducking down when I raise my arms up like I do sometimes when I am standing. Just my 2cents!!
