Ok bros here I go on this for the next year.

This from RJ, my good bro that set this all up.
This log will be a duplicate from over at my other place so all my good bros here can be in on it too.

Frankenstein project
OK, I'm gonna start this thread and we will just add to it as we go. We will post any specifics you want, except diet specifics. That is how 3J makes his money, so thats not fair to him. We can talk about types of diet (carb cycle, keto, etc) but not specifics about what they eat.

The two guys doing this are zedhed and johnny blaze. I want you guys to post up your current stats with some pictures. Just do it here. I want front, back, both sides. All relaxed. wear a pair of boxer briefs. No big shorts or shirts of course. you don't have to wear panties, just something we can see all of your muscle as it is now. I want all pics going forward to be the same.

Alright, here is the workout/cardio plan:

Mon - Legs
Tues - Chest/Biceps
Wed - Off
Thurs - Back
Friday - Delts/Triceps
Sat/Sun - Off

rep range will be 8-12 on everything. no more than 2 minutes rest between each set. heavy as possible with good form. Big 3 must be incorporated, all the other stuff they can do on their own or i can help you with individually. Warmup sets don't count. I also want you to rotate your big 3 choices each week. so like this:

Leg day - week 1 - back squats week 2 - front squats
Chest day - Week 1 - Flat BB Week 2 - Incline BB
Back day - Week 1 - Deads Week 2 - Rack deads

Like i said, anything else you normally do is fine, but stay away from the

shit please. We aren't doing this so you can increase your tricep pushdown strength. Zed i know you workout at home and are limited with some stuff, so just do what you like after you do the big three. I just want you guys staying in those rep ranges and going as heavy as possible while maintaining good form. This project is about body recomp, so getting stronger is not the main goal. But being a pussy won't help you out here either.

No cardio for the first 4 weeks. After 4 weeks, start with 30mins PWO. Simple treadmill work. no more than 3.2 mph at a 5 degree incline.

After 8 weeks we'll look at you guys and change as needed per person.

OK, 3J is working on your diets. Get you pics and stats and shit up. Don't worry about BF% unless you know it for sure. We can get more of an idea from the pics.

Ah, I served in her majesty's Coldstream regiment of foot guards. Members of the Coldstream are called Coldstreamers. When I first made myself a YouTube account I found someone in Hong Kong had already taken "Coldstreamer" so I omitted the "D" which fits with my accent (I miss many hard sounds in the middle of words). I've used it as my online handle ever since.

couple questions on this big bro....why the taper down on test and the opposite with deca? And why the hcg if you're on trt? Is it just to keep your balls from shrinking? Lol...I like the addition of proviron here too bro, best of luck ill be following!!!

I discussed this many many times with N2 on here and RJ at the other place. I will under direct supercvision from RJ and N2 said that if any probs come up that I am free to get his advice too.
This kind of cycle would most likely put anyone on TRT/HRT, but I am on it already so not an issue for me.

Junkie IDK why he did it that way but I will find out and post it up.

This was one of the worst workouts that I have ever had. Nautious the whole time. I think I did my workout too soon after taking all my supps, acutal supps nothing extra.
Oh well chalk it up to experinece I guess.

Just fyi, no more cardio for 4 weeks cuz thatw what RJ said.

GJ should be any time now. Prolly not later then the 15th of this month at the very latest.

Zed, I get nautious to if I hit the gym to soon after taking my supps I have to give myself at least a half hour to 45 min. till I hit the gym. Anyway cannot wait to see what workout routine you got in store.

You know, IDK why but I just feel really really good today. No achs, no pains, relaxed, at ease. Just really really good. Nice feeling.

Notes,
Starting out slow on the Close grip bench press, dont wanna mess my shoulder.
Kickback are proper kickbacks, slow and controled,
DBL curls are start with neutral grip and then pronate as I bring it up so that knuckles are facing away.
For now shoulders are agreeable to the upright rows (bbl).

I reckon they are gonna put abs in there somewhere along the way in the next year so might as well bite the bullet and get on with it. It sure as hell isnt gonna hurt me at any rate.
I do know that the rep ranges in the actual program are gonna be in the 8-12 range so thats why Ive upped my reps so uncharacteristeriscly.

as for the workout, start with this:

Legs

Leg Curls - medium weight - 3 sets of 15-20
SLDLs or BB lunges - 3 sets of 8-12
Squats (alternate front and back each week) - 4 sets of 8-12
Leg Press - 3 sets 8-12

Chest/Bis

Flat BB - 4 sets 8-12
Incline BB - 3 sets 8-12 (each week start with the other. So week 1 start with flat, next week start with incline, changing the number of sets each time)
Dips - 4 sets 15
Wide grip BB Curls - 4 sets 8-12
Hammer Curls or Seated DB Preacher curls - 3 sets 10

Off day

Back

Deads or Racks (alternate each week) - 4 sets 8-12
BB rows - 3 sets 8-12
DB pullovers - 3 sets 10
close grip lat pulldowns (reverse grip) - 3 sets 8-12 (zed, just do wide grips chins since you don't have a pulldown station)

Delts/Tris

Side Laterals - 5 sets 10-15
Rear Delts - 5 sets 10-15
Tri Pushdown - 4 sets 10 (this is to warm the elbows [zed just do DB kickbacks with a lighter weight])
CG Bench - 4 sets 10

Off
Off

if you feel the need to do abs, do them whenever. but if you are going big with the big 3 your core work should be enough. abs are all about diet. calves do as you see fit.
Thats it. Please don't do more or less. stay heavy as you can with good form. believe me, you won't need more if you are going max out with weight and intensity. don't be pussies. you don't get many chances to do cycles like this. lol

I will have you do some oddball stuff every so often for legs and back.

Looks like more work than what you usually recommend for putting on mass so you must be working on cutting down so you can start to see the rewards of your hard work! What does your calorie intake look like? I know you don't want to give away the diet I am just curious to how many calories you're taking in a day during this routine. Anyway bro looking good cannot wait to see where you're at in the next 3-6 months!

I don't think you messed up bro, I re read your routine it said as heavy as you can with good form, why not stick with it and increase weight when it starts getting easier?
I know you'll get used to the volume if you keep killing it!

LOL Ok I really did the db pullover wrong. I used the bench lengthwise and used 2 dbls, neutral grip. Kept them together so that it was like using one solid weight. Felt the stretch in my triceps mostly and some in chest.
Next time will go cross bench with a single dbl and see if its any diff. Maybe get more stretch in my non existant lats....

I thought I knew how to do rear delt flys...WRONG didnt have a fuggin clue!
On close grip bench, what exactly is close grip? Right now I am putting my hands on smooth part of the bar between the center knurling and the outer knurled portions. Trying to be just in the middle of that. So how come I really dont feel these in my triceps? Adn what range of motion to use with a questionable shoulder?
Gonna try VG injects too prolly on Monday.
 
Looking good Zed. The way I do close grip is that the outside of my hands actually just touch the knurled part as you called it. I also do not do them right over my chest I push the bar more from above the top of my stomach as it seems to isolate better that way. Also I bring the bar down to just above my stomach I do not let it touch and it seems to kill the tris for me anyway.

Rear delts. Couple of ways. You can lie on an incline bench (45 degrees) face down and lift dumbells in an arc motion (imagine your trying to crush a soda can between your upper shoulder blades) like a reverse fly.

Another way is. Sit on a flat bench. Your butt just on the end of the narrow part of the bench. Your legs stretched outwards. Lean over at the waist, put the dumbells underneath your outstretched legs, and do a fly motion leaning over. That will isolate the rear delts as well. Incline is easiest though for beginners to feel the isolation. Once you get the feeling, doing it on the flat bench is easier. A lot of times people will use too much middle delt on the flat bench. You gotta really lean over onto your legs. If I could take some pics I would for ya bro.. Maybe tomorrow.

Close grip bench. I have my pinkies on the knurled part, rest of my hands on the smooth part of the bar. Just like OWL said, I put the bar to my upper stomach, not my chest and push straight up. Do not come fully back down to the stomach or you'll deactivate the tri. Keep full tension on it. Also I find keeping my wrists straight makes a big difference. An alternate to this would be military pushups, diamond pushups, or side-tri rises. All 3 will KILL your tris. You will get it Zed. To add to what Bader said bro, I do my rear delts as he outlined by laying face down on an incline bench and those are a killer. You would be suprised how little weight you actually need when done correctly.

Off day today but here is my "supplemtation" for the day.
Dbol 50 mg
OTC water pill
Aro25 mg
GH 5 UIs

Then bend over free style and do them, the best part is after you go all out you can use your body to do cheats, jerk them up ,it really burns them in.

This is the way I do them, just keep your elbows out to isolate the delts and not involve the lats in the movement....then just like radar said u can kinda jerk and do half sets and focus on negetives to really burn those delts out
 
ah the teacher becomes the student. Another way is to sit on the edge of your bench with your feet out in front of you, chest to your to your thighs and the DBs under your thighs behind you calves, then raise and squeeze your shoulder blades together. I do them this way if my back is buggin and it helps me keep from ducking down when I raise my arms up like I do sometimes when I am standing. Just my 2cents!!
