IDK if I messed up and started too heavy or what. Am thinking that maybe I should have purposly started lighter ala 5x5 and give myself room to build up....
Anyway this flattend my ass right out. My arms are still shaking as I am keying this out, so are my pecs.

I don't think you messed up bro, I re read your routine it said as heavy as you can with good form, why not stick with it and increase weight when it starts getting easier?
I know you'll get used to the volume if you keep killing it!

Never have done DB Pull Overs so am learning that one hence the low weight. But I felt the hell in my triceps stretch.
Wide grip chins....what can I say? Im kind of a heave at 245 Lbs this a.m. . Thats kinda a lot to pull up from the ground. Yeah I know what a pussy....

LOL Ok I really did the db pullover wrong. I used the bench lengthwise and used 2 dbls, neutral grip. Kept them together so that it was like using one solid weight. Felt the stretch in my triceps mostly and some in chest.
Next time will go cross bench with a single dbl and see if its any diff. Maybe get more stretch in my non existant lats....
