For those who need a BULKING DIET!

Ok guys its real simple. Here is the diet you need to gain mass.

If you see it, EAT it!! This means if your walking down the street and you see a sandwich on the floor, pick it up and eat it. If your at home and you see food in the kitchen go eat it. If your watching T.V. and you see a new thing at Taco Bell or Burger King, guess what?? GO EAT IT!!

Its not hard to gain mass, just start eating everything you see. I like G-Dogg's bulking diet but if you like VARIETY, then EAT what you SEE!!!!
 
Maybe I'm ignorant to some of your information, but....uhhhh, to my understanding, if you eat everything you see, such as burger king, or taco bell, or anything else like that....You're gonna get fat. I dunno, maybe you're a big fan of Lee Priest...and hey, if you can pull it off like him...then I'd say go for it. Also, it all depends on your goals. I'd rather be able to eat 4000 - 4500 Clean calories and limited carbs. It's much harder and requires a lot more discipline...after all...any moron can eat everything they see, but it takes a lot of dedication to eat right.

Not trying to slam your post man...just my little corner of the world's advice.

I dont know if it works but Id be affraid to get fat by eating garbage all the time.
Anyone tried this method with good results?
 
I would agre somewhat with that post. i eat pretty much everythiong in site as long as i get plenty of protein and carbs, although im lucky in that no matter what i eat i dont gain anymore fat. i must eat close to 7k cals a day and i can still see my abs. when i started taking log i cleaned up my diet around the hour before and 3 hours after i take it and ive actually lost a little bit of fat. the way i look at it is its a lot easier to lose fat than build muscle, especialy for someone whose still natural such as myself. id like to hit 200 natural with log before i juice and still be as lean as i am now and i think ill be able to do it soon. if i ate clean and only 4000 cals i doubt id ever see 200 natural within 3-5 year. everyones different thgough so just do what ever works for you.
 
i dont do do this method because im already a big guy and pack on a lot of size naturally but with fat gains. my friend does this when he gets on a cycle and blows up. Doesnt gain any fat at all. I just put this post up because to me there is no big secret to getting big, you just gotta eat. Now if your dieting like I am now there is a lot more to it, but in my opinion if your trying to get big, you gotta eat and the best way to do this is if you see it, freakin eat it! Its not rocket science and im sick of seeing these posts that say "need help with a bulking diet"...dude just eat everything!!

I remember I tried this approach when I first started bbing. I was a skinny ectomorph fuck @ 6'0" & 145lbs. For 3 months (over the summer), I eat EVERYTHING. I had like fast food 2x a day along with weight gainers and everything else. I gained like 35lbs in 3months most of which was fat. Of course I was working out too. I think maybe 10lbs of that was muscle at most. When everyone saw me that following school year they all started joking about how fat I was. I had gotten stretch marks on my love handles and my face had become all bloated. It was sick. The next 2 months after that I managed to lose 20lbs and kept it off. AFter that experience, I learned never to try that sort of diet again.
 
If i have to eat everything i see to grow i just wont grow because i feel so guilty for eating
anything i know is counter productive to my HARD training, I hate bloating and that fat look
i'm not the real vascular type except for forearms & a liitle on the chest so it would def not be good for me!!!!!!!
 
thats not exactly how I'd go about it.I want to gain mass but not fat I'll deal with it taking a while to get where I want to be.But hey thats just my body type I'll put on fat to quick but if that works for you which does for alot of people than god bless go eat
 
I'm an ecto, and don't tend to put on fat that easy... I've been following this for a bit now, and actually have a little love handle action forming. I know if I do 30 minutes of cardio in the morning 3x a week, it'll vanish... so I dunno... it depends... not for an endo, but a Meso or Meso-Ecto would prolly benefit from this...

Eating clean (boiled chicken breast, plain rice etc...) when I was "bulking" didn't seem to work... I gained, but stayed lean, and I think I cut my gains short this way... next cycle, (this winter) I'll be jumping on this "Eat it if it isn't nailed down" diet (making sure to get adequate protein of course) and see how it works out...

I'll start a thread, and update it... kinda like a diary...

I'll keep you all posted...

That's funny saying how G-dogg has a good bulking diet considering that he never eats like he says he does nor does he ever fucking train. I am very pissed at him now and just letting the truth be known.
 
i tried the eating everything i see bulking diet.............the result 253 lbs and 19 percent bodyfat !!!! uggh nasty.......now im 256 15 percent;)

thats one good way to get fat, another is to drink 100g of sugar, 50g of fat and take 10units of slin
