Flor Is At It Again!!

I am off to park and calorie cycling this week...
Call me crazy or anyone stop me, warn me , hit me in tha head...
If I am completely insane...
I read Valerie Waugaman's preparation for the Arnold Classic and am so confused.

Anyhow I copied the calorie intake with macro's for 1 week and made my own menu within those ranges...
Started today...
M1 1 scoop VPX zero carb protein and 7 walnut halves...

i am seriuously thinking of buying appetite suppresant...
 
Seriously...me too..I read the article and I do understand it..but I am thinking, dang she must have been so hungry those days the cals were real low..I know I am starving after some grueling workouts and i am sure I don't come close to expending the effort she did..but the cycling is a smart idea, I think, to try.
