Flor Is At It Again!!

Thanks Boston!!!
It was a different weekend...not much training...I did do my shoulder and tricep workout on saturday.
I was in a lazy mood, but managed to get it done.
It was very different...I went around 10:00 and it's a strange hour for me.
I enjoy the early morning or late afternoon workouts.
Today is another different day for me.
Since yesterday I did not do any kind of exercise, just social work...:lmao:
I had breakfast with dad at Country Club and my children!!!
It was good!
Spinach & Cheese omelette...green juice...
Lunch was not bad, "Carne en su jugo"
That is a traditional mexican dish, it is really clean dish if you cook it right!
If anyone wants the recipe let me know!!!
So back to today!!!!
I am not having my deep tissue massage today becase I did not workout yesterday...
So I am going to park in a while....work some HITT and lunges afterwards.
Food must be clean clean clean!!!!!
I ate cake yesterday...and no ordinary cake...hazelnut chocolate cake....
More sugar and butter in frosting than I want to think of!!!
 
M1 3 egg whites 1 slice cheese
M2 1 Met Rx bar tried eating half could not.....360 cals
M3 Tuna "salad" with celery and green apple and pecan bits...:chef:

No clean eating as I used to freak out about carbs, I had pizza last week remember YOUR cheat meal...and yesterday hazelnut cake...
I am not saying or suggesting bulk with this junk...because fat layer will grow....

I went to park at 6:00 and did hills...steady state mostly...climbs are soooo good on my hammies...
I feel I drag left leg...but concentrate on lifting knee...
