ok lightweight currently at 164.5 5 weeeks out including show day. these are not posed pictures just relaxed.

Good proportions bro and a good overall quality physique. See the teardrops coming in really well. You can really see the difference as well in the calf muscles. The distinction between the soleus and gastrocs. Looks like somewhat of an uneven tan though(Upper body looks more tan) but it could just be from the angle and the light outside. Oh yeah and nice benz indeed. ;)

thats just my baby and wanted an outside picture. tan is dark its the light and the 1.8 mixel digital. last pics folks calimed i had no calves so i tried to show that um i do. crosss triations everywhere don't show with this camara and again i am not posing
 
3 and this will be my second show last came in second in atough class where the winner moved to national ranked middleweight and abrely beat me. he had me by 20plus pounds
 
quads coming out nicely and the midsection is looking tight bro... you are gonna kill at that show... btw nice car...
 
guys, thanks for the comments. After a while you reach a point where it hurts so much and you do so much and feedback encourages you to finish it out. I really wish the pics where better so the hard work would really show. I have veins in my groin, hams, cut abs and all just can't capture tehm on this camara. I took 1 year off to put on at this very time 25 more pounds than my last show. I know its a trophjy and the feedback I get is so much more important but I have given all I have for this trophy. Your feedback, advise, pushing, and overall care make it so much easier to keep going. Thanks and I for sure look straight.:)

5'3 and again 164 pounds. water will come out last week with nmy "plan: size will reamin the same and remeber I compete with th elittle guys.

Not a pity thread but for every pound of muscle a shorty adds us taller gentlemen have to add 6lbs just to stay the same proportion.

ripped moved to asutin in april 2000 after my breakup it was time for a change and Orlando was not it. took some time off to change diet and trainging etc and put some size on. Love it here train at Williiam Canon. Somebody sits on my car I will tera there lungs out. There was a psot last week about dream cars and I said this was mine and i ahd one. flexed1 speaks no bullshit.
 
training,diet, and some of the things I play with for veins. In have very thin skin especially as my diet kicks

2nd barely 26 pounds lighter. and i can get a chair to reach the frige though my roomate hid the girl scout cokies in his shower. not a good idea.

i am 5'4 in high heels (lol). now need to deecide isf i will need lasix or not last week. water really seesm under control and i hate to have ta tak ethe cjance though i just incesed fina to 2 cc's per day

Looking great Flexed! I took national's here in Canada as a light weight and I'm glad you're down in the States. I'm taking the year off to move up a weight category and give it a try again in 2003. Good luck at your show.
 
gentle thanks for the comments. I develop restaurants in Texas an dhave in the entire US. My cycle has been announced before so I have no problem teling ya. After this show and shows I am done for a while anyway.

I take all Quality Vet Products leading into my diet was

450 ml eq qv
500 ml eq deca
800-900 ml qv test cyp
1 cc daily fina ( only for 5 weeks)

contest diet went off fina for 8 weeks now my cycle is

test prop 1/2 cc 100 ml daily quality vet
2 cc fina
70 mg winny tabs
6-8 halo tabs
i stopped deca,cyp and eq 3 weeks ago to remove oil and water build up

don;t like lasix or the like but will use if needed day before show after carb up to not go flat. i am still learning on this. last yera used aldactone which was much milderr. this year i am going for 1st.

I do cardio 25 minutes 4 -5 times a week
eat only egg whites, lean steak,chicken, or poached seabass
drink only water or crystal light
eat only grits in the am an dthan maybe 1 cup rice or sweet potato but only when brain dead.

train 6 days a week doing hams seperate from quads. train heavy though now quicker and lighter. average workout with abs,calves, workout cardio about 2 2 1-12/ hours per day and those who see me in the gym will say i speak to nobody and its balls to the wals. take hydroxcut 5 times a day two before workout and halo helps as well. hope this helps.

Hey flexed1... Are you going to catch either of the 2 shows this weekend? The Texas Shredder in Austin or the SW in Arlington? I'm going to catch both. I trained this guy that's doing the Teens and Novice Middle at the Shredder and I'll catch the evening shows in Arlington.
