Excellent job on this training.

One of the things I like about this log is your consistency.
 
Yeah, I can imagine the weather is really bad, but that's why hockey rinks were invented.

You can definitely go get a hell of a workout just skating around.

Played a game last night. We lost but it was a close game. Hard skate. Got up today and did a day time beer rental. Another great skate

In games you’re probably out there for 1-2 minutes, in the beer rentals it depends the numbers that show up. Today we were lower numbers so was probably spending 4-6 minutes out there. Despite a workout yesterday, playing hard last night I didn’t feel bad today playing

Walked backwards on the treadmill for a few minutes to wake the knees up then did my typical warmup. Dynamic stretching and movements.

Good workout today , I lowered some reps and some weight from my scheduled workout because I have a hockey game tonight, and jumping on a rental tomorrow at Lunch so I don’t want to push it.. but still wanted to get some weights in. Going to fuel up and hydrate well today
That walking backwards really helps I do it quite a bit

Not really man sleeps been fucked from the late hockey games and diet hasn’t been the best. I always hit a “funk” in october - December, seasonal depression or something I dunno. Lucky I’m doing all the activity I am. Plus natty isn’t helping the physique I don’t think lol

Those hockey games are definitely crazy with the alcohol.

Even though fans in the stands are drunk fighting each other.
 
Sounds really fun being part of a community like that where you can play in an adult league. Hockey might be the best sport for that.
 
Nice work outs, man, balancing out the hockey and balancing out the weight training in the core work.

That isn't easy to do, takes a lot of conditioning.
 
How much beer are we talking about that people drink?
Seems like a fun little experience. Hopefully it's not too much alcohol though.
 
How late do these hockey games Go at night?

That definitely seems like it would be an issue.
 
I would imagine you're not the only game in the evening so you have to share that rink with other leagues. I would hate to have to play my game really late like at 10 or 11 at night.
 
You're staying active and you're having fun. That's really all that matters.

Stay healthy and enjoy it.
 
I'm glad to see that you're having a good time with your training.
Balancing your hobbies and balancing weight training is something that's really challenging but you're proving it can be done.
