This took awhile since I have no digital camera or scanner. I had to get my nerve up to just take the pictures, much less get someone to scan them, and then (YIKES!) actually post them.
Anyway for those who don't know "my story". I started to train "heavy" 2 years ago. I'd spent years doing the high rep/low weights and tons of cardio. It worked for awhile, but 20 years of anorexia/bulimia (and age) finally caught up with me. I couldn't train more, because there weren't enough hours in the day, and I couldn't eat less, because I was practically living on air already...and I was getting fatter!
My body was so torn down and weak, I decided to train and eat for strength, and see what happened. (There really was no other choice - I was killing myself and had little to show for it - that road had reached a dead end.) No longer was I going to focus on bodyweight or pictures of Vogue models for my inspiration. I started reading Oxygen magazine and found I liked those pictures a lot better.
My weight didn't really change, maybe up a few pounds, but my bodyfat dropped by half. Inches redistributed themselves favorably. I dropped nearly 2 pant sizes and my top increased a size (due to shoulder and back, not breasts which shrank!).
I'd greatly appreciate feedback on areas to work on. Since those pics, I've been focusing more on calves and continuing to focus extra hard on the glutes. I'm starting to get a little bulge in the hams, so I'll actually have something to tie in for my glute/ham tie-in!
