What do you mean she wants to harden up and lose 15-20 lbs? A cycle isn't a diet pill. If she wants to lose weight a go diet will do wonders. Personally I think that's the place she needs to start. If she wants to harden up she's probably also goign to gain some weight from water retention from a cycle if she isn't dieting correctly or is prone to water retention anyway. If she isn't consistently training and training balls to the wall, then a cycle is a waste of time.
Primo --- this seems to give good and bad results -- less "guaranteed' good results. Also I wouldn't trust any primo I found on the market right now anyway --- wayyyyyy too many fakes out there.
Var -- do some searching on here -- generally Ttokkyo is considered questionable as far as how "clean" it is. We've already determined that Bratis Labs var is actually winny.
If she doesn't want to take the time to log on & research all this stuff before deciding to put hormones in her body, then I would suggest that YOU do a whole pile of searching on this board and you will find lots of information. There's an awesome sticky on the top of this board about guys who want to help their girls get going/lose weight/start cycling (whatever). Print out ALL of this info & give it to your girl to read. I think we all agree on here that every person has a right to decide to cycle or not, however I have a serious issue with people who won't take the time to educate themselves on these body-altering chemicals and the reasons (or misconceptions) that they base these decisions on. And also keep clear what exactly are the real things she is trying to accomplish -- is it weight loss, fat loss, increased muscle? These all do not necessarily go hand-in-hand and steroids are NOT diet pills so let's keep ourselve clear on what we are playing with and what the expected results, risks and consequences can be....
