Lee New member Mar 24, 2003 #1 I wasn't dissappointed. I have a little weight set at my house that has 300 pounds max on it. Did 255 8 times for 2 sets. Then all 300 3 times for 2 sets. Not to bad for not doin deads for a year+ eh?
